I called for key service and Russ answered was very polite. He said he would call me back and stop and look at the car. He did what he said he would do. He was a perfect gentlemen and provided a new key in about 30 min. He showed me that the key was programmed correctly and it worked perfectly. His price was great.

- Before making a key or opening a vehicle, AutoFob checks proof of ownership or authorization. Depending on the situation, that may include a driver’s license, vehicle registration, or title.
- Estimate first
- AutoFob gives an estimate before any work begins. There’s no service-call fee, and currently no travel fee.
- Payment
- AutoFob accepts cash, credit and debit cards, contactless payments, Zelle, Cash App, and Venmo.
- Key warranty
- If a key supplied by AutoFob stops working because of a defect, the warranty covers it. It doesn’t cover accidental damage, misuse, lost keys, batteries, or normal wear.

Yes. AutoFob is a mobile automotive locksmith. We come to your vehicle within our service area, so towing is not required.
Can you make a key if I’ve lost every key?
Yes. We can make a new working key when all keys are lost. Some newer vehicles may require dealer-only service or have manufacturer restrictions, so call us to confirm your vehicle.
What proof of ownership do I need?
Proof of ownership or authorization is required. Depending on the situation, this may include a driver’s license, vehicle registration, or title.
How fast can you get here?
Response times depend on your location and current availability. Call for a realistic estimate, or ask about scheduling an appointment.
Will I receive an estimate before work begins?

Do your keys come with a warranty?
Yes. If a key supplied by AutoFob stops working because of a defect, it is covered by our warranty. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, lost keys, batteries, or normal wear.
